From the moment we walked in, the restaurant felt warm and welcoming. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, which made the whole experience feel effortless. The food was phenomenal. We tried a wide range of dishes and each one impressed. Each plate was beautifully prepared and full of flavour, making it clear that a lot of care goes into the menu. The drinks list was impressive, with a fantastic selection of cocktails and wines. The staff were especially helpful with wine recommendations, taking the time to suggest pairings that complemented the food perfectly. They even went the extra mile by pouring some half-glasses so we could share and experience more wines alongside the dishes we ordered, an extra touch that really elevated the experience. Highly recommend.
This was my second visit and it did not disappoint! The three course lunch special is wonderful value and the food is next level…and the cocktail was delicious. We had an attentive and lovely young waitress..thank you for looking after us the way you did..we spent a long and relaxing three and half hours on a chilly Bendigo day and couldn’t have asked for for a better way to spend it!
Had a great night at Le Foyer!. The space is absolutely beautiful, we were taken by the stunning aesthetic—elegant, warm, and beautifully styled. The food was incredible—modern French with so much flavour and care in every dish. Cocktails were seriously amazing, and it was such a nice touch having a sommelier on hand. Loved hearing about the different wines and getting recommendations that matched perfectly with our meal. The staff were lovely—super friendly and really know their stuff. Couldn’t fault a thing. Can’t wait to go back!
Absolutely stunning! From food to wines and cocktails and of course service. I really can’t fault a single thing just wow, the ambience alone was incredible, chic and modern interior with an open kitchen to watch the amazing team of chefs was the cherry on top. How is this place not more well known?? Highly recommend if you’re ever in Bendigo.
From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel so special. Everything is top notch. The food was stimulating, the sommelier paired all of our courses with care, some incredible cocktails and wine. He really knew his stuff. Staff were super friendly and into it. They all knew exactly what we needed and nothing was a problem for them. If you want a fantastic and complete dining experience, this is the place to go! Thank you, can’t wait to come back very soon.
Oh me, oh my, oh WOW... havibg dinner at Le Foyer was kind of a bucket list wish.. due to a cancellation with friends we had our Friday night free.. ok lets see if we can get a reservation at Le Foyer.. from the minute we walked through the door we sensed we were in for an enjoyable night... needless to say.. we had a great night. The food, the vibe, the service were top notch.. Thanks guys for a great night... special.
Had such a great lunch at Le Foyer in Bendigo. The steak tartare was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked, and the duck was honestly ah-mazing. Service was friendly and spot on the whole time. Can’t wait to go back!
Loved our experience at Le Foyer for lunch. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to the perfect amount. The food was absolutely incredible and we will definitely be back to try more on the menu. We chose to do the 3 course and pick a variety of dishes with a wine to go with our courses. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and has a stunning vibe. We can’t wait to be back!

Favourite place for duck breast so far. Crisp and juicy, with a nice acidity from the minced beetroot and apple. The flavours are clear and tasty, service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is vibrant with a full view of the finishing kitchen and chefs working. Will come back.
